01Who we are

24UURFIT is an Official Hyrox Gym at Molenland 15, 3648 NN Wilnis, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 77882172. 24UURFIT is the data controller for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy.

02What data we process

We only process data that you give us yourself or that arises from your use of our services:

• Name, email address and phone number
• Date of birth and, for Hyrox Youngstars, details of a parent or guardian
• Address and payment details for your membership or class pass
• Class bookings, visit history and access records (QR code)
• Information about your goals or injuries if you share it for coaching
• Messages you send us via the contact form or WhatsApp

03Why we use this data

We use your data to:

• arrange your membership, class pass or free trial class
• schedule classes and give you access to the gym
• process payments
• answer your questions
• tailor coaching to your situation
• comply with legal obligations, such as the statutory tax record-keeping requirement

The legal bases for this are performing the agreement with you, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest (such as a safe gym) and, for health information, your explicit consent.

04Minors

For participation in Hyrox Youngstars (ages 8 to 15) we ask for permission from a parent or guardian. We process no more data about children than is necessary for the class to run safely.

05Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share it with parties that help us deliver our services, such as:

• AppyBee: member administration, bookings, access and payments
• Cloudflare: hosting of the website, spam protection for the contact form (Turnstile) and sending and forwarding email
• Payment service providers: for direct debits and online payments
• Our accountant: for the bookkeeping

We make agreements with these parties about the security and confidentiality of your data. We also only share data if the law requires us to.

06How long we keep data

We do not keep your data for longer than necessary. We keep member data for as long as you are a member and for up to two years afterwards. We keep financial data for seven years, because of the statutory tax record-keeping requirement. We keep messages sent via the contact form for a maximum of one year.

07Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access. Only employees who need the data for their work have access to it.

08Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can also object to the processing, have the processing restricted, have your data transferred or withdraw your consent. Please contact us to do so. We will respond within one month.

Do you disagree with how we handle your data? Then you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
