Terms and conditions.

01Definitions

In these terms and conditions, 24UURFIT means the business at Molenland 15, 3648 NN Wilnis (KvK 77882172). The member is any person who takes out a membership, class pass, free trial class or coaching programme. Services include open gym, group classes, coaching and personal training.

02Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between 24UURFIT and the member. Deviations only apply if they have been agreed in writing.

03Registration

You register via the AppyBee app or portal. The agreement starts at the moment your registration is confirmed. For members under 18, a parent or guardian must approve the registration.

04Memberships and class passes

• The current prices, terms and conditions for each membership can be found on the pricing page and in the AppyBee app.
• Memberships are paid in advance per period by direct debit or another payment method offered in the app.
• A class pass is valid for the period stated at purchase. Unused credits expire after that and are not refunded.
• A membership or class pass is personal and may not be transferred.

05Cancelling and pausing

You cancel your membership via the AppyBee app or by contacting us. The notice period is stated with the membership. Are you temporarily unable to train because of an injury, illness or pregnancy? Then please contact us to discuss the options, such as pausing your membership.

06Payment

Payments are made in advance. If a payment fails, you will be notified and we will try to collect the amount again. If the payment remains outstanding, 24UURFIT may temporarily block your access until the outstanding amount has been paid. Any collection costs are borne by the member.

07Group classes and booking

• You book group classes in advance via the app. Booking is mandatory.
• Can’t make it? Then cancel your group class free of charge via the AppyBee app up to 4 hours before the start, so that someone else can take your spot. Your class credit used will then be automatically restored to your account. What happens if you cancel later or do not show up is described in the app.
• 24UURFIT may change the schedule, the trainers or the content of classes, or cancel a class. We will let you know as soon as possible via the app.

08Access and house rules

• Access to the gym is via a personal QR code in the AppyBee app. You may not bring anyone else in with you unless that person has valid access themselves.
• Train in clean sportswear and in clean sports shoes worn indoors.
• Bring a towel and put equipment away after use.
• Follow the instructions of our trainers and staff.
• In the event of serious or repeated violation of the house rules, 24UURFIT may deny access, without a refund.

09Health and liability

You train at your own risk. If you have doubts about your health, consult a doctor first. Report injuries or medical limitations to your trainer beforehand.

24UURFIT is not liable for injury, damage, or loss or theft of belongings, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of 24UURFIT. The member is liable for damage that they cause to equipment or the facility intentionally or through careless use.

10Coaching and personal training

You schedule coaching appointments in consultation with your coach. An appointment that you do not cancel at least 24 hours in advance may be charged. The results of coaching depend on your own effort and cannot be guaranteed.

11Photo and video material

Photos or videos may be taken during classes and events for our website and social media. Do you not want to be recognisable in the images? Let us or the photographer know and we will take that into account.

13Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions and to all agreements with 24UURFIT.
